How it works

The pricing loop, in three steps.

Cardvoyant runs the same always-on loop on every catalog it touches — Watch, Decide, Log. A short walkthrough of what each phase does, and what it gives the merchant who stays in the loop.

Why this page exists: most "AI merchandising" pages leave the actual decision cycle vague. This one names every step and what it produces.

The three-phase loop

What Cardvoyant does, and when.

Each phase is observable. Each phase produces something the merchant can read, sign off on, or push back on.

  1. 01

    Watch

The catalog is monitored 24/7 against live comps, fresh graded listings, and rule changes — so no repricing decision starts blind.

Cardvoyant polls TCGPlayer, eBay active listings, Ludex, and your own graded comps — so the agent sees the move you missed while asleep.

  2. 02

    Decide

Every repricing decision is justified with a written rationale, tied to comps, margin, and the rules you set — nothing slips through on gut feel.

Drafts ship with a one-line "why this price" attached to each SKU — a merchant can approve or reject without leaving the inbox digest.

  3. 03

    Log

Every action — copy rewrite, price change, bundle recommendation — lands in a signed, reversible audit trail so a price change is defensible after the fact.

Every change is timestamped, signed, and one-click revertable — no 'we think this happened' when the merchant asks what shifted.
